We have an easy 7 step process.
Step 1: Assess the damage
Take photos to assess the scope of work.
Provide you with an estimate detailing scope of work to be done.
Contact insurance (if applicable)
Explain the process and answer questions you may have.
Agreement signed
Step 2: Start the clean up
Clean up and water extraction
Start extracting all standing water (if applicable).
Install floor protection for our work to be performed.
Contain the damaged area to be worked on.
Set up equipment to dry out out the damaged areas.
If necessary, take samples to be tested for lead and or asbestos.
This step typically takes 1 to 2 days
Step 3: Removal of damaged materials
Remove all damaged materials that are to be replaced.
This may include baseboards, drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinetry, etc.
We’ll estimate the time needed for this step after we assess the scope of work.
Step 4: Cleaning, preparation & drying
We clean the water damaged areas to prepare for the restoration.
Monitor the drying equipment so we can add or remove equipment as needed.
While everything is opened up we’ll take another round of photos and reassess damage if needed.

Step 5: Monitor moisture levels & wood drying
Continue monitoring the drying equipment.

Dry wood framing, flooring including joists, ceiling joists, structural posts and or beams.
Step 5 typically takes 4 to 7 days
Step 6: Restoration
Order or pick up materials needed to begin the restoration.
As soon as materials are available we begin the restoration.
We replace everything that was damaged to restore your property back to it’s original state.
Your project manager will estimate the time needed for this step. The time needed entirely depends
on the size and scope of each project.

Step 7: Restoration completion and invoicing
When the restoration is complete we will remove all equipment, tools, and left over materials.
Remove containment plastic and floor coverings.
We invite you to perform a final walk through inspection with your project manager.
Once you’ve approved the work we’ll perform a thorough cleaning of all areas where construction was performed.
When the cleaning is complete, furniture that was moved will be put back in its place.
Another round of photos will be taken.
Now the fun part, you receive the invoice.
If an insurance claim was filed, your insurance company will be sent a copy of your invoice.
